YOPPIE LTD (“Tampon box” “we,” or “us”) owns or maintain the website and online service of www.yoppie.com and any other websites we may acquire or maintain in the future (our “Site”). This page (together with the documents referred to on it) explains the terms by which you may use our Site and software provided on or in connection with the service (collectively the “Service”) in order to purchase any products from our Site or to subscribe to one of our Services. By accessing or using the Service or purchasing any of the products listed on our website, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) and to the collection, use and disclosure of your personally identifiable information as set in our Privacy Policy, whether or not you are a registered user of our Service. We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time by notifying you as provided in this Agreement, provided that no notice shall be required for non-substantive changes to the Agreement. If we substantively amend this Agreement, we will give you at least seven (7) days notice before the changes take effect, during which period of time you may reject the changes by terminating your account and immediately discontinuing use of the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future Terms of Use, do not use or access (or continue to access) the Service. This Agreement applies to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service (“Users”).

2. Eligibility

2.1 You may only apply for Subscription of Your Happy Period if you are 18 years or older. People who are over 16 years old and younger than 18 must have their parent’s or guardian’s consent. The consent of the parent or guardian should be in the form of an e-mail or letter, and must be answered from Your Happy Period before charging occurs. Furthermore, you can only make agreements on Subscription for delivery of the Box to an address in Europe.

2.2 After you have applied for Subscription we confirm that we have received your application by sending a confirmation email to the e-mail address you specified then the contract is concluded.

2.3 Subscription Agreement means that you once per calendar month will receive delivery of one or two Boxes to your address.

2.4 Your Happy Period reserves the right to refrain from negotiating with you without any giving reasons.

3. Price

3.1 The Prices, Shipping costs and the time frame listed on the Website, with subject to obvious typos, are the ones to be applied. Prices are quoted including VAT.

3.2 In liaison with your application for Subscription, given the price that your Subscription costs. This price is a periodic fee that recurs once per calendar month (monthly fee) when signing up to the monthly plan. When signing up to a 6 or 12 month plan a one time fee recurs every 6th or 12th month.

3.3 Except as provided in paragraph 6.3 then you are bound to the Prices and Shipping costs applicable at the time you applied for Subscription. This applies unless Your Happy Period does not notify you of price changes and if you do not, within 60 days from the date of notification of Price changes was sent, informs Your Happy Period you do not accept the modified terms. In this case, the Subscription immediately ceases.

4. Payment

4.1 You agree by Subscribing to pay the fee until the Subscription expires.

4.2 In connection with your application for Subscription the first periodic fee will be charged. The descendants fees payable on the same date each calendar month. In the event that your application for Subscription is not granted by Your Happy Period   (See paragraph 2.4) no fees are charged. For Subscriptions 6 – and 12-months a one time fee will be charged when applying for the Subscription. If the Subscription is not completed within the agreed time it will be extended by an additional 6 or 12 months.

4.3 The payment must be made by credit or debit card We accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express. You authorize us to debit the periodic charges from your credit or debit card without further approval, and that this until you replace payment and / or update your payment details via your account on the Site or by sending an email to support@yoppie.com Please note, that it require you to do it with the addition of the time we may reasonably require to have time to fix the charge.

4.4 Giftcard or from us issued voucher is also accepted as a payment. For these gift cards and vouchers special conditions applies.

4.5 Your Happy Period reserves the right to carry out a credit check on you.

5. Delivery

5.1 Your Happy Period´s Box with tampons, will be dispatched to you approximately 5 days prior to your chosen delivery date. These dates were provided by you during the checkout the process. Your Happy Period are sent using Royal Mail and in our experience arrive within 2 days of dispatch. Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the confirmatory email. You recognize, though, that occasionally because of problems sourcing stock from our suppliers or for other reasons beyond our control it is possible that orders may be delivered more than 14 days after the order.

5.2 Your tampon Box will be delivred by Royal Mail, and local postal services

5.3 In the case, Your Happy Period do not have enough tampons in stock to deliver your Box we reserve the right to not send a Box does that current calendar month. In this case, we will not charge any fees for that month.

5.4 The same applies in the case the box has been returned  to us as it could not be delivered to your mailbox alternatively your door because you have not left us correct address information. Should we not hear from you within 60 days from the date that the box returned to us, you will not get the Unclaimed box replaced. In such cases, the purchase of this particular box lifted and you will be charged for the costs incurred because the box is not picked up, which amounts to the cost of the box.

5.5 If your Box has been delivered in a bag at your door, but you still mean that you have not received the Box, you need to get in touch with us, without unreasonable long time, to get a new Box delivered.

6. Termination and automatic extension

6.1 Both Your Happy Period and you as a customer right to terminate a 6- or 12-month subscription to the termination before the end of the then-current subscription period. In the event that the Subscription is not terminated within this time is renewed automatically with the same duration as before, in other words, a new subscription period of 6 or 12 months. Your Happy Period will notify you before the eventual renewal of your subscription takes place. Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time with a notice period of one month.

6.2 The subscription is canceled [through your account on The site]. Your Happy Period unsubscribe you by sending an email of termination to the email address you provided. In case you want to cancel your subscription, this must be done 1 week before you get the next Box. [How is Termination done? Termination is done by logging into your account, click on ‘My orders’ in the left column, click on your subscription and then ‘Unsubscribe’ at the top of the home page.]

6.3 In the event that you do not cancel your subscription in aline with 6.1 the subscription is automatically renewed. The price is then current regular price for the current subscription (excluding possible discounts). This does not apply to subscriptions covering only delivery.

7. Returns

Returns can not be made due to the nature of our product.

8. Complaints

If a Box is incorrect, you can within a reasonable time complain the Product and get instructions on how to return it. Complaints can be submitted by sending a message with the error description to info@yoppie.com Repayment of incorrect product is in accordance with our refund policy (see paragraph 9 below).

9. Refundpolicy

9.1 If you return a Box to us to you due to complain (see paragraph 8 above), we will conduct refund as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days from the date we received your message that you want to use the right, provided that we have received the Box, or you can show that it sent back to us. We will then pay back the price of the box and any shipping costs, minus any depreciation. You may, however, bear the shipping cost to return the box to us.

9.2 If you return a Box to us for other reasons (eg because you think that box is faulty), we will examine the returned Box and notify you by e-mail within a reasonable time if your claim is acceptable and how we in this case correct the problem, by for. ex. redelivery, price reduction or refund. Any refund we implement as soon as possible and within 30 days from the day we received the returned Box. We will then pay back the price of the box.

9.2.1 We usually refund the money to you by using the same method you used when you paid.

10. Responsibilities

If you are a consumer-governed our responsibility The Boxes in the Consumer Protection Act (1990: 932). Otherwise, we are responsible only for breach of these conditions and only for a total amount equivalent to your annual fee for the subscription, unless serious negligence or willful conduct. The restrictions do not apply to the extent they would limit your rights under mandatory statute.

11. Grounds for Relief

If the fulfillment of our commitments essentially hindered or prevented due to circumstances which we had no control over, such as labor disputes, fire, lightning, terrorist attack, as amended constitution, government intervention and errors or delays in services from subcontractors due to circumstances stated herein, this shall constitute grounds for causes advancing the date for performance and relief from penalties and other sanctions. This will not reduce your rights under the Consumer or other mandatory statute.

12. Third Party Websites

The Site may contain links to websites operated by one of our partners, advertisers or affiliates or any other third party. Please note that we are not responsible for the content of such sites or the products or services offered there.

13. Messages

Any questions or messages should be send to info@yoppie.com. Messages and information addressed to yourself, will be sent to the email connected to your account details.

14. Intellectual Property Rights

14.1 We, or our licensors own all intellectual property   rights to the Site and all material published on the Site. The work is protected by copyright and all such rights are reserved.

14.2 You may, for personal use print a copy and download excerpts of the pages on the Site. You may not use any part of our copyrighted material for commercial purposes without first obtaining a license from us or our licensors.

14.3 By subscribing you give us a irrevocable right to quote from the comments about us, product or subscription that is provided by you on the website, blog or social media, and use quotations on our site, social media and other marketing.

15. Additions and changes

We may from time to time add to and change these conditions. You are bound by the terms in effect at the time you applied for subscription, unless we notify you of changes to addition and not within 60 days from the date such notice is sent, informs us that you do not accept such amended terms (the subscription will immediately cease).

16. Transfer of rights and obligations

You may not assign your rights or obligations under the subscription without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights or obligations under the subscription at any time during the subscription period.

18. Governing Law and Dispute

These terms and the subscription shall be construed and applied in accordance with Swedish law. Disputes arising from these terms or subscription shall be settled by court.
